Blue Note Records is winner of the 2026 JJA Jazz Award for Record Label of the Year — although that is not yet included on the page for Performance and Recordings. Both of the Records of the Year — Belonging by the Branford Marsalis Quartet and Forces of Nature – Live at Slugs’ are Blue Note releases; Artemis, the Mid-size Ensemble of the Year, records on Blue Note, as does Charles Lloyd, Flutist of the Year, and many other Jazz Awards winners are represented on the label.
